Terms & Conditions of Sale

Payment – We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We also accept all Paypal transactions.

Delivery Times – Within the UK all orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 12am for next day delivery fully tracked by DPD. Outside of the UK allow 2-5 working days, full trackable by DPD, DHL or UPS.

Delivery costs – Within Europe all orders over £75 are free, if the amount it less than this the fee will be £5. Shipping fee to Europe is £10, orders to the rest of the world will be charged at £20.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or UPS and will be fully trackable.

Extended Returns – If you are within the UK you can return your goods 40 days from the date your goods were purchased as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Please return in original packaging with invoice or proof of purchase.

If you are outside the UK then the same rules as above should be met but you only have 30 days to make the return.

Forbes & Lewis will not pay for the shipping on return of any goods but will pay for the new delivery costs to get the new or repaired product to you.

Warranty – We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our bags.

If you wish to return your Forbes & Lewis product due to a manufacture or material defect please contact us at info@forbesandlewis.com and describe the problem accompanied by photos and we will determine how to proceed. The warranty will not be covered for any defects caused by wear and tear or if the product has been mishandled/used. We ask you to send back the item with original receipt and in original packaging in new condition via courier that offers a tracking service and we will then look to either repair the item or replace the item if it can’t be repaired.  Forbes & Lewis will look to send out the new item or repaired item free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees incurred on returning a Forbes & Lewis product.
