Delivery - All orders will be sent via DPD/DHL courier next day fully tracked service so if you order before 12am your order will be sent same day for next day delivery within the UK**
Outside of the UK please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from point of purchase, all orders are fully tracked.
UK & European Delivery:

Rest of World:
Orders over £125 will be free of charge. Orders under £125 will be charged £20 and you will have to pay any duty/taxes on the goods.
EXTENDED RETURNS due to covid 19:
*We are increasing our returns policy for this period to 60 days*
If you are within the UK you can return your goods 60 days from the date your goods were purchased as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Please return in original packaging with invoice or proof of purchase.
Sale items in the "Outlet" page are final we do not accept returns on these sale goods.
If you are outside the UK then the same rules as above should be met but you only have 40 days to make the return.
Forbes & Lewis will not pay for the shipping on return of any goods but will pay for the new delivery costs to get the new or repaired product to you.
